  • Can we white-label Purple's WiFi solution?

    Yes! We offers partners the oppurtunity to sell Purple WiFi under their own branding, as well as owning the customer relationship directly.

  • Does Purple integrate with my client's existing WiFi infrastructure?

    The Purple platform is designed to be hardware agnostic and integrates as a cloud-based overlay with your client's existing WiFi infrastructure.


    This means that in most cases, no additional hardware is required to deploy the solution. 

  • How long does implementation usually take?

    We like to make things as quick and easy as possible. The time it takes to implement a Purple WiFi solution varies from a few minutes for the initial setup steps to a few hours or longer for the physical installation, depending on existing infrastructure and required customisation. 

  • What data does Purple capture from guests?

    With our Guest WiFi, Purple provides invaluable insights for enhancing the guest experience by analyzing behavior, footfall, and return rates within the venue. 


    Custom fields can be used for collecting specific guest-volunteered information, and your clients can also choose to conduct surveys to gather real-time customer feedback.


    Importantly, you can rest assured that all collected data is handled with the utmost care and security.

  • Does Purple offer dedicated partner support or training?

    Yes! We understand the importance of maximizing the potential of our platform for both you and your clients. That's why we offer comprehensive training for our WiFi resellers.


    Our partner portal features an extensive collection of guides and resources, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to succeed with Purple.


    In addition, our dedicated support team is always available to assist you with any queries you may have.

  • Is there a minimum revenue commitment or target?

    No, there are no sales targets required when partnering with Purple. 


    During the onboarding and discovery process, we may discuss your projected annual recurring revenue (ARR) through Purple products in the first year. This is simply to ensure you're paired with the most suitable sales or partner representative who can best support your needs. However, there is no obligation to meet any specific sales targets.
